The Lord encouraged my heart with this statement this morning.
I believe that many of us feel like we may be walking through "dark places," either difficulties in season or circumstance, or even just a time of emotional hardship. And some are pioneers, walking through what feels like a long, dark forest where you are forging a new path for others to follow.
Whatever your situation, the Lord's encouragement is to not focus on the darkness, but have your eyes and hearts opened to seeing the promised treasure that He has for us in those places! Even if you must search for it like gold, His promise is that it is indeed there.
HE IS GOD. HE IS HIGH AND EXALTED. HE IS LORD. HE IS IN CONTROL. And He knows you by name.....
